| STORAGE AND RETURN FREIGHT POLICIES |
Residential customer's freight received from vendors at Coastline will be inventoried and
dated upon arrival. Customers must make delivery arrangements for their items within 3 days
of receipt by Coastline. Storage charges will be assessed to any items not shipped within 10
days of receipt at Coastline. The storage charge shall be equal to the freight tariff charge
plus a daily rate of $1.00 per pallet.
Commercial customer's freight will be sent on the next available freight boat. If storage is
required for any commercial freight there will be a warehouse fee equal to the freight tariff
plus a daily storage fee of $1.00 per pallet billed from the day of acceptance in our
warehouse. If you have freight sent care of a commercial account your freight is considered
commercial.
Return freight from Fire Island must be picked up by the close of business on the day it
arrives in Sayville. Unclaimed freight entering the warehouse shall be accessed a warehouse
return fee equal to the freight tariff charge plus $1.00 per day per pallet.
