VEHICLE & PILING POLICY

Our commercial vehicle, heavy construction equipment and piling policy are designed to first and foremost comply with United States Coast Guard regulations. The vessel's safety and those on board are our top priority. The following policy is ONLY regarding scheduled trips.

Coastline Freight has adopted this new policy to help prevent any confusion and/or refusal of a commercial/stake body truck·or piling delivery. These deliveries require a 48-hour notice prior to any departure time. Requests for these items can only be made at freightmanager@coastlinefreight.com. Your request must be accepted and placed on our schedule. We will make every effort to accommodate all items. However, for certain and/or unseen reasons, Coastline reserves the right to refuse and/or request the delivery to be rescheduled.

Coastline Freight's main responsibility is the shipment of merchandise to the businesses, homeowners and contractors. The items that we handle daily during the summer season will be the top focus. For planning purposes, the most difficult time period to schedule any extracurricular deliveries will be from May 1st thru Labor Day. During this time, you will be asked to schedule your deliveries on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

If a delivery was not scheduled in advance, the item will be turned away. If the item is delivered before the agreed upon date, a storage fee will be incurred. Coastline does not have the luxury of having outside storage areas during the spring and summer months. Also, during certain Holidays and event weeks, the public may be warned of the possibility that no additional freight will be accepted.

Please do not hesitate to call us for more information. The more time and information we have the more we can assist.
